We got a new camera! So we had a little fun capturing the loveliness of our knockout sandwiches. Pictured here is the voluptuous Roast Beef and White Cheddar sandwich. First, a smoky-sweet caramelized onion aioli is spread on both halves. Then we layer hefty slices of our own roast beef and top with organic white cheddar. A quick visit to the oven melts the cheese and melds the flavors. Prepare for a trip to heaven.
Brined in a magical slurry of kosher salt, sage and spices, Lovejoy turns the ho-hum turkey breast into something transcendent. Moist and fully-flavored, carved into juicy slices, the turkey is accompanied by housemade cranberry chutney, smashed avocado, and thick, meaty planks of bacon. Layered between two rustic slices of Country Bread (shmeared with Mascarpone cheese), Lovejoy’s Turkey Sandwich is Thanksgiving on steroids.
Careful now. This beauty bites back. Our Slow-Smoked, Pulled Pork sandwich is fired up with a jalapeno aioli that seeps into all the sumptuous pockets of our freshly baked ciabatta roll.
